Intercom’s new-customer Essential discount is back on both billing cadences as of the 2026-08-26 capture, reversing the 2026-08-14 revert. intercom.com/pricing and its calculator both show a “New customer offer: Save 35% on Essential plan” banner on annual billing, striking the $29 list seat to $19 per seat/mo (the calculator’s annualised total reads “Billed annually at $348.00 $228.00”). Switching to “Billed monthly” swaps the banner to “Save 25%” and strikes the $39 list seat to $29 per seat/mo; the calculator’s monthly total reads a plain $29.00/mo with no banner.
This is the third time the offer has resurfaced since it first appeared 2026-06-24: live roughly a week, off by 2026-06-30, back 2026-07-21, off again by 2026-08-14, and now back a third time by 2026-08-26 — five documented moves on one line of the bill in about nine weeks. Unlike the previous two on-cycles, fin.ai/pricing’s “Fin with the Intercom helpdesk” seat anchor is no longer running an uncorrelated variant: it shows $0.99 per outcome + $19 per helpdesk seat/mo on the same day, matching the main site’s discounted annual rate for the first time since this recurring toggle began.
Nothing else moved. Advanced holds at $85/seat/mo annual ($99 monthly), Expert at $132/seat/mo annual ($139 monthly), the add-on rack is unchanged (Pro from $99/mo for analysis of 1,000 conversations + 2,000 credits, Proactive Support Plus from $99/mo for 500 messages sent, Copilot $29/agent/mo annual or $35 monthly), and the $0.99-per-Fin-outcome meter — the line that actually drives an Intercom bill at volume — is untouched.
