Weaviate drops the Plus tier — Cloud plans simplified to Free / Flex / Premium
Weaviate removed its Plus plan ($280/mo, SSO, 99.9% uptime); Weaviate Cloud now ships three tiers — Free, Flex ($45/mo PAYG) and Premium ($400/mo prepaid) — with SSO, 99.95% uptime and shared-or-dedicated deployment consolidated into Premium.

Weaviate simplified its Weaviate Cloud rate card from four plans to three. The mid-tier Plus plan ($280/month, which had carried SSO/SAML and a 99.9% uptime SLA) is gone. Its differentiators now roll up into Premium (starts at $400/month, prepaid commitment), which gains SSO/SAML, a 99.95% uptime SLA, and a choice of shared or dedicated deployment.
Premium’s Severity-1 response is now 4 hours on the shared deployment and 1 hour on dedicated; backups run 30 days (shared) / 45 days (dedicated). HIPAA compliance, PrivateLink and customer-managed encryption keys remain dedicated-only.
Per-dimension unit rates are unchanged: Flex $0.00465/1M, Premium shared $0.003875/1M, Premium dedicated $0.002718/1M vector dimensions per month, plus storage from $0.10-$0.1505/GiB. Weaviate Embeddings ($0.025-$0.065/1M tokens) and the Query Agent (1,000 req/mo free, then $30/org/mo for a 4,000-request bundle) are unchanged and included on every plan.
