Google adds new 'Google AI Plus' entry consumer tier below AI Pro
Google's consumer AI plan lineup now includes Google AI Plus (400 GB storage, 2x usage limits, Pro-model access), a new entry paid tier sitting below the $19.99 AI Pro plan.
Consumer paid plans: Google AI Pro ($19.99/mo) and Google AI Ultra (from $100/mo).
New Google AI Plus tier added below Pro (400 GB, 2x limits, Omni in Gemini, AI Inbox in Gmail); Pro/Ultra unchanged. USD price of Plus not yet verified (page rendered in INR at ₹399/mo).
Google’s consumer AI subscription page (one.google.com/about/google-ai-plans) now lists a new Google AI Plus tier positioned below Google AI Pro. Plus includes 400 GB of storage (vs 5 TB on Pro), 2x higher usage limits versus the free tier, Omni in Gemini, AI Inbox in Gmail (rolling out), and access to the Pro model.
The 2026-07-06 automated capture rendered in India/INR locale (₹399/mo for Plus); the USD figure renders client-side via JS/images and was not captured, so it is recorded as unknown pending a validated USD source rather than converted from INR.
Same run: the Gemini API developer token prices (3.1 Pro $2/$12, 3.5 Flash $1.50/$9, 2.5 Pro $1.25/$10, 2.5 Flash-Lite $0.10/$0.40, etc.) were verified unchanged vs the prior 2026-05-29 capture. The page also progressed several deprecations to shut-down status — Gemini 2.0 Flash and 2.0 Flash-Lite have now been shut down (June 1, 2026), and Imagen 4, Veo 3 and Veo 2 are now flagged deprecated with 2026 shut-down dates — and added new models (Gemini Omni Flash, Gemini 3.5 Live Translate, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Image).
A new Google AI Plus consumer tier appeared below AI Pro (400 GB storage, 2× free-tier usage limits, Pro-model access; captured only in INR at ₹399/mo, USD unverified) — extending the consumer paid ladder downward to a cheaper entry point. Same run: Gemini 2.0 Flash and 2.0 Flash-Lite reached end-of-life (shut down June 1, 2026), retiring the legacy entry-level API models; the production floor is now Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite ($0.10/$0.40 per 1M). Imagen 4, Veo 3 and Veo 2 newly flagged deprecated with 2026 shut-down dates. Headline API/Vertex token prices verified unchanged vs 2026-05-29.
