Oxylabs restructured its Web Scraper API into a four-tier grid earlier this month (logged separately); growth capital of this size typically sustains that packaging push rather than reversing it.
The Web Scraper API pricing page dropped its Regular/Enterprise tab split for a single four-column grid — Micro ($49/mo), Starter ($99/mo), Business ($999/mo) and Custom+ (from $0.25/1K). The Advanced ($249/mo), Venture ($499/mo) and Corporate ($2,000/mo) named tiers are no longer surfaced, and the free trial moved from a plan card to a top banner. Per-1K rates on the surviving tiers are unchanged; all other proxy lines (residential $6/GB, datacenter $0.59/GB, ISP $1.60/IP, dedicated $2.25/IP, mobile $7.50/GB, headless $6/GB, Web Unblocker $9.40/GB with WU40) held steady.
