Zendesk raises Contact Center add-on 66%, from $50 to $83 per agent
Zendesk repriced its Contact Center add-on from US$50 to US$83 per agent/month paid yearly and split it onto its own plan surface with a $33 Minutes Block and a $35 Quality Assurance add-on.
Copilot, the Workforce Engagement Bundle and Contact Center were all listed as featured add-ons at US$50 per agent/month paid yearly on zendesk.com/pricing (captured 2026-06-11).
Contact Center is US$83 per agent/month paid yearly on top of any Suite plan and now has its own pricing surface at zendesk.com/pricing/contact-center/, selling additional Minutes Blocks at US$33 and Quality Assurance at US$35 per agent/month. Copilot and Workforce Engagement Bundle remain US$50. Support Team US$19, Suite Team US$55 and Suite Professional US$115 are unchanged.
Zendesk broke the uniform US$50 add-on price it had held across Copilot, the Workforce Engagement Bundle and Contact Center. The Contact Center SKU moved to US$83 per agent/month paid yearly — a 66% increase — and is now sold from a dedicated “Contact Center” tab on the pricing page rather than as a featured add-on tile alongside the others.
The repriced SKU also carries a stricter attach requirement than the old add-on tile implied: the plan card is footnoted “Purchase of a Zendesk Suite plan and Premier plan is required,” and the price is quoted as “US$83 + any Suite plan.” It remains Talk-to-Sales only, with Amazon Connect telephony usage and AWS Added Services billed on consumption on top.
Two SKUs appear on the new surface that were not visible on the main pricing page in the prior capture: an additional Minutes Block at US$33 per agent/month (one block per user/month is included with Contact Center, and extra blocks must be bought in the same quantity for every Contact Center user), and a standalone Quality Assurance add-on at US$35 per agent/month.
The core seat ladder was unchanged in this capture: Support Team US$19, Suite Team US$55 and Suite Professional US$115 per agent/month paid yearly, with Suite Enterprise + Copilot still Talk to Sales. AI agents remain included in every Suite and Support plan and billed on automated resolutions.
The Contact Center add-on jumped from US$50 to US$83 per agent/month paid yearly (+66%), ending the uniform US$50 add-on price Zendesk had held across Copilot, Workforce Engagement and Contact Center. The SKU moved to a dedicated Amazon Connect-powered pricing surface selling $33 Minutes Blocks and a $35 Quality Assurance add-on, footnoted that a Suite plan and a Premier plan are both required. Suite seats held at $19/$55/$115.
