Vellum splits Pro into three preset packages plus a Custom build
Vellum replaced its single $50/mo Pro configurator with three preset packages (Mighty $30, Super $100, Ultra $200/mo) plus a Custom build option from $50/mo.
Pro was one configurator plan: a $10/mo platform fee plus a machine tier (+$35 to +$125) plus a storage tier (+$5 to +$120, up to 500 GiB) — no named packages, effective minimum $50/mo.
Pro now offers three named presets — Mighty $30/mo (Small machine, 10 GiB, $25 credits), Super $100/mo (Medium machine, 30 GiB, $45 credits, platform fee included), Ultra $200/mo (Large machine, 60 GiB, $115 credits, platform fee included) — plus a Custom build (fee + machine + storage + optional credit bundle) still from $50/mo; new-customer Custom storage now tops out at 120 GiB (+$30/mo), with the old 250/500 GiB tiers grandfathered to existing subscribers only. Base storage also increased 4 GiB to 6 GiB.
Vellum’s hosted personal-assistant pricing, live as a bare configurator since its May 2026 pivot, gained named entry points for the first time: Mighty ($30/mo) now undercuts the old $50/mo Custom minimum as the cheapest paid step, while Super and Ultra bundle the platform fee, a larger machine, and a monthly credit allowance into one price. Builders who want the old a-la-carte approach keep it as “Custom,” but new signups can no longer select the largest 250/500 GiB storage tiers that were available before this change — those are now grandfathered to subscribers who already had them.
The single ~$50/mo Pro configurator splits into three named presets bundling machine, storage, and credits — Mighty $30/mo, Super $100/mo, Ultra $200/mo — plus a Custom a-la-carte build still from $50/mo. Base storage rises 4 GiB to 6 GiB; new Custom storage tops out at 120 GiB, with the former 250/500 GiB tiers grandfathered to existing subscribers only.
