Semrush retires Pro/Guru/Business for four-tier 'SEO + AI Search' plans

Semrush pricing

Semrush replaced its long-running Pro/Guru/Business tiers with a four-tier 'SEO + AI Search' lineup (Free/SEO/Starter/Pro+/Advanced), bundling AI-search-visibility tracking into every tier.

By mid-May 2026 Semrush had restructured its core pricing: the long-standing Pro / Guru / Business tiers (last at $139.95 / $249.95 / $499.95) were retired in favor of a “SEO + AI Search” lineup — Free, SEO, Starter, Pro+, Advanced, plus Enterprise — that folds AI-search / LLM-visibility tracking into every tier rather than selling it purely as an add-on. The /pricing/ URL now 302-redirects to /pricing/seo-ai-search/. The change lands shortly after Adobe’s ~$1.9B acquisition of Semrush closed (2026-04-28).

The classic Pro/Guru/Business ladder was retired for a four-tier 'SEO + AI Search' family — SEO $139.95, Starter $199, Pro+ $299, Advanced $549/mo — each bundling AI-visibility metering (50–200 tracked prompts/day, AI-answer sentiment, AI visibility reports). Wayback shows /pricing/ began 302-redirecting by 2026-05-04 and /pricing/seo-ai-search/ was first archived 2026-05-14.
