Mercor's Enterprise page grows from three to six named client case studies
Mercor added three new proof points to its Enterprise page -- a 25-workflow diagnostic, a $20M by-2031 value-creation assessment, and a 132-run HR evaluation -- doubling its case-study count while buyer pricing stays undisclosed.
Enterprise page (as rebuilt 2026-08-11): three named case studies -- a PE-firm pre-deal Value Creation Assessment ($7-9M upside run-rate savings identified), a technology SRE deployment (50%+ reduction in median time to mitigation), and Mercor's own customer-support deployment (~12,000 support requests handled per week).
Enterprise page (2026-08-12): six named case studies -- the same three plus a Workflow Diagnostic (25 candidate AI workflows identified across seven functions), a second PE-firm Value Creation Assessment ($20M in annual run-rate impact identified by 2031, plus ~$4M in near-term net value), and a Production Readiness Evaluation (132 expert-graded agent runs across real-world HR tasks).
One day after rebuilding its Enterprise page’s proof section (see the 2026-08-11 change), Mercor doubled it: the page now shows six named client engagements instead of three, each still framed under the Discover → Deploy → Improve → Monetize structure introduced the day before. The three new additions all carry concrete, quantified outcomes — a Workflow Diagnostic citing 25 candidate AI workflows identified across seven business functions, a second private-equity Value Creation Assessment citing $20M in annual run-rate impact identified by 2031 (plus roughly $4M in near-term net value), and a Production Readiness Evaluation citing 132 expert-graded agent runs across real-world HR tasks.
Two of the three original case studies were also relabeled at the category level (the PE pre-deal assessment moved from “PE Firm | Pre-Deal Assessment” to “Private Equity | Diagnostics”; Mercor’s own support deployment moved from “Mercor | Customer Support” to “Mercor | Agent Deployment”), and a new “Insights from the frontier” newsletter signup block was added near the page footer. Buyer-side pricing remains fully undisclosed throughout — every offering still routes to a “Book a demo” or “Talk to the Mercor team” form with no rate card.
Talent-side numbers moved within routine range: the advertised “average contracted rate” eased from $118/hr to $114/hr on roles created rising from 339.5K to 349.3K, and one “Latest roles” listing rotated (Product Management Expert out, Cybersecurity Expert in, both at $80-$90/hr).
