Mercor renames its enterprise lines to Enterprise agents / Human data / Data monetization; data integrations jump 34+ to 50+

Mercor pricing

Mercor's enterprise product lines were renamed site-wide from Business / Enterprise evals / Data partnerships to Enterprise agents / Human data / Data monetization, and the data-partnership surface grew from 34+ to 50+ integrations.

Before

Enterprise nav: Business, Enterprise evals, Data partnerships. Data page: 34+ integrations. Experts hero: average contracted rate $122/hr, 305.0K roles created.

After

Enterprise nav: Enterprise agents, Human data, Data monetization (plus an APEX research line: APEX Benchmarks, APEX-Agents, APEX-SWE, Off-the-shelf data). Data page: 50+ integrations. Experts hero: average contracted rate $121/hr, 313.9K roles created.

Mercor completed a site-wide renaming of its buyer-facing product lines this week. The Enterprise column in the nav and footer of every surface (Experts, Data, Enterprise, Partner) now reads Enterprise agents · Human data · Data monetization, replacing the prior Business · Enterprise evals · Data partnerships labels. A separate APEX research line (APEX Benchmarks, APEX-Agents, APEX-SWE, Off-the-shelf data) is now exposed alongside it. The four named enterprise services on the Enterprise page itself — Agent Diagnostics, Agent Deployment, Agent Benchmarking, Data Monetization — are unchanged.

The data-partnership business, whose payout formula is explicitly scaled to “the tools you connect,” widened its integration surface from 34+ to 50+ integrations across messaging, docs, email, CRM, code, and finance. Since Mercor states that “connecting more tools generally results in a higher payout,” this directly widens the contributor-side compensation base. Payment terms are unchanged: no fees or costs to the contributor, wire transfer within 2–4 weeks of delivery.

The Enterprise page also added an “Our first customer was ourselves” case study claiming 90% of support resolved end-to-end by AI, 12k+ requests resolved, $1.4M saved by support automation, a 73% reduction in ticket close time, and 70% of tickets handled or assisted by AI. Scale stats are unchanged at $10B valuation, $2B+ revenue run rate, 100k+ contractors hired, 400+ full-time employees.

On the talent side the headline “average contracted rate” was essentially flat at $121/hr (from $122/hr a week earlier), with roles created rising to 313.9K and daily payouts steady at $4M+. The buyer-side price — Mercor’s take-rate or engagement fee — remains undisclosed on every surface, each of which still terminates in a “Talk to the team” form with no rate card.

Buyer lines renamed to Enterprise agents / Human data / Data monetization; data payout base widens to 50+ tools

Mercor renamed its buyer-facing lines site-wide — Business → Enterprise agents, Enterprise evals → Human data, Data partnerships → Data monetization — moving from segment/service labels to product nouns, with the APEX research line (Benchmarks, Agents, SWE, Off-the-shelf data) exposed alongside. The Data page's payout base widened from 34+ to 50+ integrations; because Mercor states that connecting more tools raises the payout, this widens the contributor-side compensation formula without disclosing a per-tool rate. The talent headline was flat at $121/hr (from $122/hr) on 313.9K roles created and $4M+ daily payouts, and every renamed line still routes to a 'Talk to the team' form with no rate card.
