Mem retires its flat $12/mo Pro plan for a 7-tier metered ladder up to $199/mo
Mem retired its flat $12/mo Pro plan and $99/mo Proactive tier for a 7-tier ladder (Free-$199/mo) capping messages, notes, tasks and Voice Mode on every plan.
Free ($0, 25 notes/25 chats/25 PDF pages per month), Mem Pro $12/mo flat with unlimited notes, chat and PDF understanding, Mem Proactive $99/mo (7-day trial) adding the autonomous Mem Agent.
Free ($0), Mem Plus $9/mo, Mem Pro $29/mo (Recommended), Mem Pro 2x $49/mo, Mem Pro 5x $99/mo, Mem Pro 10x $149/mo, Mem Pro 20x $199/mo -- every tier caps monthly Messages to Mem, New Notes, Task/Project Tracking, Open Tasks and Voice Mode hours; Custom Routines and Connections unlock starting at Mem Pro; Mem Pro 20x subscribers can add $50/mo Extra Usage blocks.
Mem’s pricing page now runs on a linear capacity ladder instead of a flat unlimited plan. The prior lineup — a genuinely free tier, a flat $12/month Mem Pro with no usage meter, and a $99/month Mem Proactive tier bundling the autonomous Mem Agent — has been replaced by seven tiers (Free, Plus, Pro, Pro 2x, 5x, 10x, 20x) that each cap the same six dimensions: Messages to Mem, New Notes, Task and Project Tracking capacity, Open Tasks and Projects, Custom Routines, Connections, and Voice Mode hours.
Custom Routines and Connections — previously exclusive to the top-tier Mem Proactive plan — now unlock starting at the $29/month Mem Pro tier, while Mem Agent-style task tracking is bundled even into the $0 Free plan at a smaller scale. Mem also introduced its first genuinely metered add-on: Mem Pro 20x subscribers ($199/month) can buy $50/month “Extra Usage” blocks, each adding another 500 messages, 500 notes, 250 open tasks, 5 custom routines, 5 connections and 125 Voice Mode hours without upgrading plans.
Mem's pricing page no longer lists AI model selection as an included Mem Pro feature — the plan now shows Meeting Briefings and Dark mode without it. Free ($0), Mem Pro ($12/mo), and Mem Proactive ($99/mo) prices are unchanged.
