Lindy moves to per-seat billing, cuts Plus to $29.99, and publishes its credit meter

Lindy pricing

Lindy moved to per-seat billing with a shared team credit pool, cut Plus from $49.99 to $29.99/user/month, and dropped its $8,000/month human-assistant anchor.

Before

Flat per-account subscriptions — Plus $49.99/mo, Pro $99.99/mo (3x usage), Max $199.99/mo (7x usage) — with an undefined 'standard usage' allowance and a struck-through 'Human assistant — $8,000/month' anchor headlining the page.

After

Per-seat subscriptions — Plus $29.99/user/mo (3,000 credits), Pro $99.99/user/mo (15,000 credits, 5x Plus), Max $199.99/user/mo (35,000 credits, ~12x Plus) — credits pooled across the whole team, with named credit bands published by task size and the human-assistant anchor removed.

Lindy restructured its pricing page again, five months after pivoting from a credit-billed agent-builder platform to a flat-subscription AI executive assistant. The headline change is per-seat billing: every tier now reads “$X/mo per user” instead of a flat account fee, and every seat’s credits flow into “one pool, whole team” that any teammate can draw from — a shift from an individual-assistant product to a team-collaboration one, reinforced by new “Slack-native teammate” positioning alongside the existing iMessage/SMS channel.

Plus dropped 40%, from $49.99 to $29.99 per user per month, while Pro ($99.99) and Max ($199.99) held steady but had their usage multiples redefined (3x and 7x more than Plus became 5x and ~12x). For the first time, Lindy published the actual credit allotments behind those multiples — 3,000 (Plus), 15,000 (Pro), and 35,000 (Max) credits per user per month — plus named credit bands by task size (2-250 for quick asks, up to 1,000-2,500 for “Big Builds”), reversing the deliberately opaque “standard usage” language the page carried through June 2026. The struck-through “Human assistant — $8,000/month” anchor that had headlined the page since the March 2026 pivot is also gone, replaced by a customer-rating banner, and features that were previously tier-gated (computer use, model selection, multi-inbox connections) now appear common to all three self-serve tiers.

From Lindy's pricing timeline
Per-seat billing + published credit pools; Plus drops to $29.99

Live capture: pricing shifts from flat per-account subscriptions to per-seat/month billing with credits pooled across the team. Plus falls from $49.99 to $29.99/user/mo (3,000 credits), Pro stays $99.99/user/mo (15,000 credits, 5x Plus), Max stays $199.99/user/mo (35,000 credits, ~12x Plus). The struck-through '$8,000/month human assistant' anchor is gone; Slack-native teammate positioning is now prominent alongside iMessage, and features that were previously tier-gated (computer use, model choice, 5-inbox connections) now appear common to all three tiers. Enterprise's page copy no longer lists SSO/SCIM as a separate line item.
