Lago collapses Business and Enterprise into a single Lago Premium package
Lago replaced its two quote-only tiers with one Lago Premium package, moved self-hosting into the base offer, and unbundled 24x7 support and an assigned solution engineer as add-ons.
Two quote-only managed tiers: Business (core managed platform, business-hours support) and Enterprise (adds 24/7 premium support, assigned solutions engineer, implementation check-ins, multi-entities, self-hosted deployment option).
One quote-only column, 'Available in Lago Premium', offered with Cloud Deployment or Self Hosted Deployment. 24x7 incident management and an Assigned Solution Engineer are now 'Add-on available on demand'; multiple billing entities and data pipeline integration are included only up to unpublished caps.
Lago’s pricing page now shows a single feature-matrix column, “Available in Lago Premium,” where it previously ran side-by-side Business and Enterprise columns. Both were always quote-only, and the new package is too, so no dollar amount moved: the change is entirely in packaging.
Three things changed at once. First, deployment stopped being a tier gate — the page states “Lago Premium is available with Cloud Deployment and Self Hosted Deployment,” so self-hosting with vendor support no longer requires the top tier. Second, support unbundled in both directions: business-hours incident management, a customer portal for support access, and implementation guidance and check-in are included, while 24x7 incident management and an Assigned Solution Engineer became “Add-on available on demand,” and Forward Deployed Services are quoted as a “Custom Professional Service (pricing on demand).” Third, two capabilities gained explicit caps with add-on overage — multiple billing entities are “included up to a capped number of billing entities, available as an add-on beyond that threshold,” and data pipeline integration is “included up to a capped volume per month.”
The matrix also gained new rows since the last capture: AI Billing Assistant, AI Finance Assistant, an MCP server, wallet alerts, prepaid credits, grace period management, issue receipt, security logs, RBAC with custom roles, and SSO via Okta.
Lago's pricing page drops the two-column Business / Enterprise matrix in favour of one column, 'Available in Lago Premium', still quote-only with no dollar amounts. Self-hosting is no longer an Enterprise gate — Premium is stated as available with Cloud Deployment and Self Hosted Deployment. Support unbundles: business-hours incident management, a support portal and implementation guidance/check-in are included, while 24x7 incident management and an Assigned Solution Engineer become 'Add-on available on demand'. New matrix rows appear for AI Billing Assistant, AI Finance Assistant, MCP server, wallet alerts, prepaid credits, grace period management, issue receipt, security logs, RBAC + custom role and SSO via Okta. Two capabilities gain published caps: multiple billing entities are 'included up to a capped number… available as an add-on beyond that threshold' and data pipeline integration is 'included up to a capped volume per month'.
