Krisp's Voice Translation API goes self-serve
Krisp's Voice Translation API moved from a 'Soon' badge to self-serve: 60 minutes free, Python/JS SDKs, no sales call needed — inside an otherwise contact-gated Voice AI SDK.
Voice Translation API marked 'Soon' within the fully application-gated Voice AI SDK (Early stage / Enterprise tracks only, both 'Apply Now').
Voice Translation API is self-serve: 61 languages, 96% accuracy, 60-minute free credit, Python + JavaScript SDKs, a playground, 99.9% uptime SLA, and a 'Get API Key' button — no sales call needed.
Krisp’s Voice AI SDK line has been fully gated behind an ‘Apply Now’ application form since launch — Early stage for startups and Enterprise for larger buyers, both quote-only. As of this capture, the Voice Translation API breaks from that pattern: the pricing page’s Developers tab now labels it ‘Self serve’ (previously ‘Soon’), and the standalone /developers/ page carries a dedicated self-serve card with a 60-minute free translation credit, Python and JavaScript SDKs, an interactive playground, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. No per-minute rate is published for usage beyond the free credit. This is the first self-serve entry point into Krisp’s otherwise entirely sales-led/application-gated developer product.
The Voice AI SDK's Voice Translation API flips from a 'Soon' roadmap badge (2026-06-04 capture) to fully self-serve: 61 languages, 96% accuracy, a 60-minute free translation credit, Python and JavaScript SDKs, an interactive playground, and a 99.9% uptime SLA, reachable via a 'Get API Key' button with no sales call needed. It is the first self-serve entry point into an otherwise entirely application-gated developer product, and unlike the rest of the SDK it publishes a real self-serve rate card on its dedicated product page: Starter $249/mo (45 hrs included, $7.00/hr overage) and Advanced $799/mo (150 hrs included, $6.50/hr overage), plus a custom Enterprise tier.
