Hedra consolidates native avatar models into Character-3, swaps in a MiniMax Hailuo video lineup
Hedra merged its Hedra Avatar and Hedra Omnia native models into a single Character-3 model at 6 credits/second and replaced roughly a dozen third-party Kling/Seedance/VEED video models with a new MiniMax Hailuo 2.3 and Hailuo-02 family.

Hedra’s subscription tiers and dollar prices are unchanged (Basic $15, Creator $30, Professional $75, Teams $75, Enterprise custom), but the per-model credit-rate catalog behind those plans was substantially restructured between the June and July 2026 captures. The two native models that anchored Hedra’s original positioning, Hedra Avatar (7 credits/second) and Hedra Omnia (15 credits/second), have been merged into a single native model, Hedra Character-3, priced at 6 credits/second — roughly 14% cheaper than the old Avatar rate on Hedra’s own cheapest model.
On the third-party side, Hedra dropped a long tail of Kling variants (V3 Standard, V3 Pro, O3 Pro, O3 Reference, O3 Edit, O1), Seedance 1.5 Pro, and VEED Fabric 1.0, replacing them with two new Kling tiers (2.5 Turbo at 10 credits/second, 2.1 Master at 35) and an entirely new six-model MiniMax Hailuo family (Hailuo 2.3 Fast Standard/Standard/Fast Pro/Pro at 4/6/7/10 credits-per-second, and Hailuo-02 Standard/Pro at 8/16). Sora 2 Pro (70/sec) and the Veo 3/3.1 standard and Fast tiers (55/20) are unchanged. Separately, Hedra’s documentation site was rebuilt around a new “Hedra Agent” workspace concept and no longer publishes per-model credit rates in its docs — the live /pricing page’s Video tab is now the only public source for this table.
