Gladia publishes a plan comparison table revealing a Growth-tier uptime SLA

Gladia pricing

Gladia added a plan comparison table showing a 99.9% uptime SLA and priority queue now included on Growth and Enterprise; per-hour rates are unchanged.

Before

Growth's feature list said only 'Everything in Starter, plus flexible concurrency, custom volume discounts, and model-training opt-out' - no SLA or priority-queue guarantee was stated (captured 2026-07-22).

After

A new 'Compare our plans' table shows Growth and Enterprise both carrying a 99.9% uptime SLA and a priority processing queue, with dedicated infrastructure reserved for Enterprise only. Async $0.61/hr and real-time $0.75/hr on Starter, async as low as $0.20/hr and real-time as low as $0.25/hr on Growth, and Enterprise custom are all unchanged.

Gladia’s pricing page grew a feature-by-feature comparison grid - Starter, Growth, and Enterprise side by side across four groups (Core transcription, Performance & reliability, Security & compliance) - that was not part of the page a week earlier. The new rows make two previously-unstated entitlements explicit: a 99.9% uptime SLA and a priority processing queue, both now shown as included on Growth as well as Enterprise, not just Enterprise. Dedicated infrastructure remains the one row exclusive to Enterprise.

None of the per-hour rates moved. Starter is still async at $0.61/hr and real-time at $0.75/hr, funded from the prepaid credit wallet introduced the prior week; Growth is still commitment-gated at “as low as” $0.20/hr async and $0.25/hr real-time (67% off Starter); Enterprise stays a custom-quoted annual plan. The change is additive disclosure/packaging clarity on what the Growth tier includes, not a repricing.

The pricing page added a Starter/Growth/Enterprise feature-comparison table. It makes explicit for the first time that Growth (not just Enterprise) carries a 99.9% uptime SLA and a priority processing queue; dedicated infrastructure remains Enterprise-only. No per-hour rate changed.
