Magnific rebuilds the Freepik plan ladder: Essential deleted, Premium+ and Pro repriced, new Business seat tier

Freepik pricing

Freepik's pricing page, now Magnific-branded, drops the entry Essential tier, raises Premium+ to $45/mo and Pro to $280/mo, and adds a $69/seat Business plan with a shared credit pool.

Before

Free / Essential $9 / Premium $20 / Premium+ $39 / Pro $250 per month, with 84K / 216K / 540K / 3.6M credits per year and an annual discount advertised at up to ~40%.

After

Premium $20 / Premium+ $45 / Pro $280 per month plus Business at $69/seat/month and a quoted Enterprise tier, with 240K / 600K / 4M individual credits per year and 1.08M pooled for a Business team; annual discount now badged 'Up to 25% OFF'.

The freepik.com/pricing surface now 301-redirects to magnific.com/pricing, completing the April 2026 parent-company rebrand on the commercial surface, and the plan ladder was rebuilt at the same time.

The entry-level Essential tier is gone from the grid entirely. Premium holds its $20/mo headline but its allotment rises from 216,000 to 240,000 credits per year. Premium+ moves from $39 to $45/mo (540,000 → 600,000 credits/year) and Pro from $250 to $280/mo (3,600,000 → 4,000,000 credits/year) — roughly 15% and 12% increases against allotment growth of 11%. Annual billing is now advertised as “Up to 25% OFF” rather than the ~40% headline the page carried in early 2026, so the effective annual rates are $14.50, $33.75 and $210 per month.

The genuinely new SKU is Business: $69/seat/month ($55/seat billed annually), sold from a minimum of two users and documented for teams of 2–100. Unlike the individual tiers it pools credits — 1,080,000 credits/year shared across the whole team — and adds 8 parallel generations per user, 1-year credit rollover, basic SSO and usage reporting. Enterprise is formalized above it with unlimited users, 3-year credit rollover, enterprise legal indemnification and no cap on API keys.

Two mechanics changed underneath the prices. Every paid tier now states “credits valid for 1 year, no monthly resets”, replacing the monthly-expiry rule that defined the 2025 credit pool. And the API’s standalone pay-per-usage plan was discontinued on 30 June 2026 — new API accounts pre-purchase credits from the same wallet, so there is now one meter across the consumer app, the team plan and the developer surface.

Magnific repackaging: Essential deleted, Premium+ $39→$45, Pro $250→$280, new Business seat tier

The pricing page is now Magnific-branded (freepik.com/pricing 301s to magnific.com/pricing) and the ladder has been rebuilt. The $9 Essential tier is gone. Premium holds at $20/mo but its allotment rises 216K→240K credits/year; Premium+ moves $39→$45/mo (540K→600K credits/year); Pro moves $250→$280/mo (3.6M→4M credits/year). A new Business plan sells shared team credits at $69/seat/mo ($55 annually, minimum 2 users, 1.08M credits/year pooled). The annual discount is now advertised as 'Up to 25% OFF' rather than ~40%, and every paid tier now says 'credits valid for 1 year, no monthly resets'. Separately, the API's pay-per-usage plan was discontinued on June 30, 2026 — new API accounts run on the same prepaid credit system. Source: 2026-07-22 live capture of magnific.com/pricing.
