Flexprice adds a $100K billings cap to Free and moves Scale to Contact Us
Flexprice's cloud Free plan now advertises up to $100K cumulative billing revenue in place of its prior 1-month validity, and the $1000/mo Scale tier switched its CTA from self-serve Get Started to Contact Us.
Free = 100k events/mo with 1-month validity; Scale ($1000/mo) was self-serve Get Started.
Free = 100k events/mo capped at up to $100K cumulative billing revenue; Scale ($1000/mo) routes through Contact Us (sales-assisted).
Flexprice reshaped the low and high ends of its managed-cloud ladder without changing list prices. The cloud Free plan now carries the same events-plus-cumulative-billings double meter as the paid tiers: it advertises “Up to $100K in cumulative billing revenue” where it previously showed a 1-month validity. This turns Free from a time-boxed trial into a value-capped always-available tier gated by how much revenue a team runs through it.
At the top of the self-serve range, the Scale tier ($1000/month, 5M events, up to $1.2M cumulative billings) changed its call-to-action from “Get Started” to “Contact Us”, making it sales-assisted alongside Mission Critical. Build ($500/mo) remains self-serve. List prices ($500 / $1000 / Custom) and the events allowances (100k / 1M / 5M) are unchanged.
