Fathom adds a quote-only Enterprise tier and pulls SSO out of Team
Fathom's pricing page gained a fourth paid tier. Seat prices are unchanged, but single sign-on left Team and custom data retention left Business — both are now Enterprise-only.
Four plans: Free $0, Premium $20/user/mo ($16 annual), Team $19 ($15) with SSO and customized transcription vocabulary, Business $34 ($25) with custom data retention policies. Annual toggle advertised 'save 22%+'.
Five plans: Free $0, Premium $20 ($16), Team $19 ($15) without SSO, Business $34 ($25), and a new quote-only Enterprise tier ('Talk to sales') holding Launch Assist onboarding, org-wide security controls, SSO & Okta SCIM, custom data retention programs, HIPAA BAA, and a dedicated Success Manager with priority SLAs. Annual toggle now advertises 'save 25%+'.

These values appear in only one of the two captures. That can mean a page-layout difference rather than a price move — read the images, not just the list.

Fathom restructured its pricing page in July 2026 without touching a single headline price. The published seat rates are identical to the June capture — Free $0, Premium $20/user/mo ($16 billed annually), Team $19 ($15), Business $34 ($25), all with a 2-user minimum on the team plans — but the feature ladder above them was rebuilt around a new, unpriced Enterprise tier.
The security and governance layer is what moved. Single sign-on shipped with Team in June; the July plan-comparison table marks it Enterprise-only, alongside Okta SCIM provisioning, organization-wide security controls, increased cyber-security insurance coverage, custom contracts and red-line support, and a signed HIPAA BAA. Custom data retention policies moved up a rung too, from Business to Enterprise. Launch Assist onboarding, previously a Business-column checkmark, is now marked ”$” on Business (a paid add-on) and included only on Enterprise.
Two smaller edits came with it: the Teams tab now demotes the free plan from a card to a full-width banner so the three paid cards dominate, and the annual-billing toggle’s savings claim moved from “save 22%+” to “save 25%+” even though the annual rates themselves did not change. The Qualified Portfolio Partner Program did not change: it listed 77 partners and offered “up to 2 years free” on Fathom Team and Business in both the June and July captures.
The net effect is a classic freemium-to-enterprise stretch: the self-serve rungs stay cheap and unchanged while the compliance features that mid-market and regulated buyers actually need get consolidated into a sales-led tier with no published price.
Fathom's pricing page added a fourth paid tier — a quote-only Enterprise plan ('Talk to sales') covering Launch Assist onboarding, organization-wide security controls, SSO & Okta SCIM provisioning, custom data retention programs, a signed HIPAA BAA, and a dedicated Success Manager with priority SLAs. Headline prices did not move (Free $0, Premium $20/$16, Team $19/$15, Business $34/$25), but the governance stack moved up a rung: single sign-on left the $19 Team card, custom data retention left Business, and Launch Assist onboarding fell from a Business inclusion to a paid '$' add-on. In effect Fathom repriced compliance from $15/user/mo to 'talk to sales' without changing a published number. The annual-savings badge also moved from 'save 22%+' to 'save 25%+' on unchanged annual rates. The Qualified Portfolio Partner Program did not move: it listed 77 partners and offered 'up to 2 years free' on Team and Business in both the June and July captures.
