Devin splits its plan table into Devin Desktop and Devin Cloud; Free becomes a download
Devin's prices held at $0/$20/$200 and $80 + $40 per full dev seat, but the free tier is now a downloadable Devin Desktop editor with cloud agents moved behind Pro.
Free plan: light quota to code with agents, limited model availability, cloud sessions; SWE 1.6 the bundled free model.
Free plan: 'Download' CTA, light quota, limited models, unlimited inline edits and unlimited Tab completions. The comparison table marks Devin Cloud rows (DeepWiki, Devin API, Ask Devin, concurrent sessions) as not included on Free, and SWE 1.7 replaces SWE 1.6 as the free bundled model.
Cognition has folded the editor it acquired with Windsurf into the Devin price card as Devin Desktop. The comparison table on devin.ai/pricing is now organised into two product blocks — Devin Desktop (Tab completions, inline edits, fast context, free SWE 1.7) and Devin Cloud (cloud agents, DeepWiki, Devin API, Ask Devin) — and the Free plan carries only the Desktop half, with a “Download” button instead of a sign-up.
Headline prices did not move: Free $0, Pro $20/month, Max $200/month, Teams $80/month for the team plan plus $40/month per full dev seat, Enterprise “Let’s talk” (billed in Agent Compute Units at the rate in the order form). The change is one of packaging and entitlements: unlimited Tab completions now reach every tier including Free, while agentic cloud work is a paid-only capability, and Max’s concurrent-session limit is shown as “Up to 10” alongside Pro rather than unlimited. The billing docs also now document Devin Review and Automations as drawing from the Teams shared on-demand credit pool, with public-PR review at devinreview.com free of charge.
Prices held ($0 / $20 / $200 / $80 + $40 per full dev seat), but the plan comparison is now split into Devin Desktop and Devin Cloud, moving the free line from features to cost-to-serve. Free's CTA is 'Download' with unlimited inline edits and unlimited Tab completions, while Devin Cloud features (DeepWiki, Devin API, Ask Devin, cloud sessions) are marked paid-only; SWE 1.7 replaces SWE 1.6 as the free bundled model (in 'Slow' mode on Free), and Max's concurrent-session limit reads 'Up to 10' rather than unlimited.
