Apollo cuts dialer credit rates 20% in the Middle East and Africa
Apollo lowered its per-minute Dialer credit cost in three regions — Middle East 35 to 28 credits/min, Africa 45 to 36, Central & South America 15 to 14 — while US, North America, Europe, and APAC rates held steady, confirmed via Apollo's live pricing API.

Apollo meters its in-app Dialer by credits per minute, priced by the destination region rather than a flat rate. Comparing Apollo’s live pricing API response against a July 2026 capture of the same endpoint shows three regions got cheaper: Middle East calling dropped from 35 to 28 credits per minute, Africa from 45 to 36, and Central & South America from 15 to 14. North America, the United States, Europe, and APAC were unchanged at 2, 2, 10, and 10 credits per minute respectively.
Seat prices, annual/monthly credit allotments, add-on prices, and the mid-cycle credit-purchase ladder ($0.025 down to $0.015 per credit) were all unchanged in the same check. The dialer-rate cut is the only confirmed pricing move this cycle — it’s a real, if modest, cost reduction for teams doing international outbound calling through Apollo rather than a routed third-party dialer.
