Apify’s detailed plan-comparison table shows the Free tier’s “Max concurrent runs” row dropped from 25 to 5 between the 2026-08-25 and 2026-08-26 captures — an 80% cut to how many Actor runs a free-tier user can execute simultaneously. No dollar price changed on any tier, and no other capacity ceiling (Actor RAM, prepaid usage, or paid-tier concurrency) moved. The change tightens the free-tier ceiling shortly after Apify doubled every tier’s Actor RAM allowance in July 2026, narrowing one lever (parallelism) while it had loosened another (memory per run).
