Observe.AI still publishes nothing on its own site — observe.ai/pricing returned a 404 again on this capture — but its AWS Marketplace listing for VoiceAI Agents for Customer Support now shows a fully metered contract with no per-agent seat dimension at all. Buyers prepay entitlement units on two axes: Minutes per Month ($4.80 per unit for a 12-month contract, $9.60 for 24 months) and Number of Interactions ($12.00 for 12 months, $24.00 for 24 months). The 24-month rates are exactly double the 12-month ones, so the longer commitment carries no posted discount.
The listing also spells out the entitlement mechanics: the contract “entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration,” access expires if it isn’t renewed or replaced, and no refunds are given during an active subscription. A “Request private offer” path remains for negotiated terms.
The practical significance is the meter, not the dollar figure: a vendor whose direct motion is reported to sell per-agent seats is publishing minutes-and-interactions pricing on the one surface buyers can actually see — the automation-era units, on the product designed to deflect the seats the direct contract prices.
